really liked the hotel and restaurant. the area around hotel was covered with deep snow(not hotels problem)

The architecture and beauty is absolutely stunning

What a beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly, available and it is easily within walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. The uniqueness and beauty of the hotel is worth spending a bit more than your normal stay. However, the nightly rate was extremely comparable and even less than many other surrounding locations! We would absolutely return! It is an experience I wouldn’t pass up!

Had to be escorted to room because key system was down. Coffee pot didn’t work. Did not have wash clothes in room. Asked for them and never got them. Was not pleased with experience there.
