Went for a vacation to relax by the beach and not worry about meals etc. was a great experience

Too much walking from building 4 to lobby or the restaurants. Need some kind of transportation for guest. Such a long walk, then had to climb stairs. OMG.

Was on 3rd floor and there are no elevators on the property

This property was a great location with a good beach. Rooms were fine. The dining was consistently terrible for all 5 days we were there. Buffets consistently looked like a food safety risk, so we skipped much of it. The main restaurants menus were extremely poorly executed. Starter courses usually cold, and entrees typically bad cuts of meat and warm at best. One desert was a little Debby brownie from a gas station store with a scoop of ice cream. Bar tenders never made a drink the same way twice. We had a much better experience dining off the property. Honestly I would have preferred if this wasn’t all inclusive because I would gladly stay there if dining off campus was easy. Despite all of this we made the most of it and had a good time. They definitely need to tighten up the dining and bar services.

This property was very dated and some of the staff was not friendly.
