Merveilleux établissement . Seule chose est que places désignées pour fumer n'est aucunement respectées et beaucoup parlaient très fort la nuit en passant devant les portes de chambres . Les hommes ne peuvent pas porter de camisole au souper mais les femmes sont casi-nues .

The property is clean and nice. The beach is beautiful and relaxing. The foods were good. The Staffs were amazing! My bestfriend and I feel at home. Shoutout to the awesome bartenders, chefs, waitress and entertainers, security and lifeguards. You guys the hardworkers. Thank you for the service!

*As I was writing this review a housekeeper opened our door without knocking to ask when we're leaving (It is 9:00am and we have a DND sign on our door. Checkout is at 12:00. Completely unacceptable). It's not what it used to be. The biggest issue is that housekeepers DO NOT respect "Do not disturb" signs. They'll just walk right in without even knocking; that is a major violation of privacy. Luckily they didn't walk in on anything that "wasn't PG" during our stay. The food honestly missed the mark; it used to be better. My mother's room smelled horrible and they found roaches. Don't plan on snorkeling at the Palace itself, because the beach is completely manicured. Despite the bad, it wasn't ALL bad. Most of the workers here are very friendly. Every morning we were greeted by a server in the Negril restaurant as we walked along the side towards the entrance. There are several excursion options on the beach; we took a glass bottom boat out and went snorkeling, and they also have sunset cruises and 7-mile beach catamarans. Non-motorized water activities are free, and my wife and I took both the kayak and pedal boats out. "Lounge 24" offers a few food options 24/7, but late at night the cleanliness can be a bit dicey. Room service was hit or miss; my wife and I got our order within 45 minutes, but my mother and sister ordered food and never received it). I can't say I'd recommend the Riu Palace. There are plenty of other resorts in Jamaica more deserving of your business.

This is far the best RIU I’ve been to. This property, beach, staff are amazing. My only complaint is their ridiculous dinning reservation system. Reservations ( not the buffet) are difficult to obtain. Plenty of open seats at the unavailable restaurants, so they should staff up accordingly and make them available, perhaps even a late seating. Fix this problem, this resort would be a 10.

Everything at this resort was perfect. Excellent staff. Well cared for grounds. Great food choices and beverages. Perfect way for our family to vacation.

The property was beautiful great beach area with plenty of activities the staff was very friendly and caring many dining options to appeal to all tastes and nightly entertainment was enjoyable everything right on resort so never had to leave for a memorable experience

The property was so clean! We loved all the staff and entertainment. Spotlight was so attentive and funny. Samual the host at the restaurants was so helpful and friendly. The beach was amazing very swimmable with a lot of water toys. If I had to give 1 negative or suggestion, I wish there was more activities for the kids. But we still had such a great time and would definitely go back!

The beach is awesome. Can’t find better. Calm, beautiful and plenty of chairs for all guests. Food was mediocre and room service could use more food options. Shower was rarely warm so had to take a cold shower. Property needs to be updated. We heard some rooms are renovated, ours was not. Bed was HORRIBLE! my back hurt every day. Maybe offer pillow toppers? I’d come again for the beach if the price is right. Overall - decent place to stay for the $.
