Very pleasant and comfortable stay
Posted Apr. 21, 2022 on HotelsThe chambre d'hote is clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and served the home cooked food which was simple and tasty.
The location is perfect for our overnight stop, the forested countryside is beautiful and the village quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep.

We had a very spacious family room with a separate room for the children. The home cooked dinner was very tasty and very welcome after a long drive. We used this as a stop over on our journey to the Dordogne. The children loved the outside area to stretch their legs and the village itself was very pleasent. It is slightly off the main route but we'll worth the slight diversion. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the south of France.

Lovely B&B in quaint countryside village

Pros: Kind hosts, comfortable accommodations, located in a lovely village in the Loire Valley, with free parking
Cons: Nothing
Location: Small, quiet village. 10 minute drive from a larger area with restaurants open later. Driving distance from two chateaus in the Loire Valley
Our hosts (a nice couple and their 2 young children) were gracious enough to facilitate late check-in when our arrival was delayed. They also prepared breakfast for us, provided us with helpful travel brochures, recommended restaurants, and were available for any questions or concerns. The room was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom, television, and other amenities provided. The hotel was located in a beautiful, quaint, and quiet countryside village, and was a perfect local destination off the tourist path. We were only able to stay for one night but would certainly return in the future.

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse ainsi que la SB.
Malheureusement la chambre donne sur la salle des fêtes communale et celle-ci était occupée jusqu'à 3h du matin, ( musique et jeu de lumières) nuit très courte.
Conseil vérifier auprès de l'hôte qu'il n'y aura pas de fêtes lors de votre séjour .

Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes encore désolés pour cette mésaventure que nous avons relayés auprès de la Mairie puisque nous n'avions pas eu connaissance de la location comme c'est le cas habituellement. Cela nous aurait permis de vous changer de chambre. De plus l'association l'ayant louée n'a pas respecté les consignes d'heure et le maintien des portes et fenêtres fermés. Nous espérons néanmoins pouvoir vous accueillir une autre fois dans de meilleures conditions.

Hôtes très accueillants. Bon souper sur place. Endroit propre. Endroit bien tranquille.
Seul petit reproche, c’est la douche qui est vraiment petite.

slaapkamer en badkamer goed, bed goed maar korte lakens voor lange mensen, warme maaltijd eenvoudig zonder groente, "ouderwets" ontbijt, weinig keus, bij navraag toch kaas gekregen, ongezellige eetruimte zonder een kleedje of kussentje op de harde stoelen. Goed voor 1 nacht.
