Overall was okay, location was excellent. However, some of the staff were very rude to us. They did not tell us we needed a bracelet due to it being Mardi Gras and did not offer us one when we checked in. When I pointed it out, they were rude about it. However, there was one young lady that was very nice to us. I would suggest customer service training for staff to be hospitable to ALL guests. I’m not sure why they were rude to us because they were very nice and helpful to the people they checked in right before us. Besides that, the stay was nice. We stayed to be closer to the Zulu ball and are locals.

This was a time of celebration for Mardi Gras and our entire goal was for all guests to enjoy their selves. Therefore, we had guest check-in at the front desk and had a different station for receiving wristbands to allow check-in to be seamless. Please reach out directly when you can.

Everyone at this property was amazing. They all went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was attended to.

I love the convenience of the hotel to the parade route & local restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing & very informative.

The parking is ridiculous especially when there’s an event I paid a $168 for less than 48hours. A lot of cars was broken into so park at your own risk. The homeless sneaks into the hotel and eat the breakfast. Just crazy!

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and outgoing. I can't say enough about how great they were. The property itself needs some refurbishing and maintenance. The public areas were clean and well-maintained. The room I was in had been smoked in by a previous guest and the battery had been removed from the smoke detector. The strike plate for the door look was missing a bolt, the carpet was frayed and torn, the paint was peeling.
