Emplacement au top

Point fort : - Emplacement au top sur lexington avenue à coté d un arret de metro qui dessert tout Manhattan Point d amélioration - Horaire d arrivée entre 14h et 17h. Un supplement si on arrive entre 17 et 19 h. Arrivant a 23h, nous avons du prendre une nuit dans un autre hôtel ... - le lit grince à chaque mouvement... - il n y avait pas de salon avec un canape dans l appartement où nous etions. Dommage pour les moments de convivialité

We are so pleased Margot enjoyed the location and the convenience of the location. As our listing provides we do not have a reception desk so we highlight our arrival time to provide time to make arrangements to greet our guests, to show them personally to the apartment, to make sure they have everything they need for their stay. Each person has special preferences for their beds and mattresses . This was our smaller 2 bedroom but we also have a larger 2 bedroom. Margot selected the lowest cost so that she did not select our larger 2 bedroom with the sitting area. Had she contacted us before reserving we could have discussed the choices with her.

Appartement bruyant mais propre, bien placé !

Bon séjour à l'appartement. Très propre. Chambre du fond extrêmement bruyante et matelas dur, très vieille climatisation. Bon accueil, appartement bien agencé, confort mis à part la chambre du fond.

We so pleased to host Florence during her stay. We are glad she enjoyed her stay. As NY is a livelycity, it may surprise guests upon their stay. Each person has unique preferences for mattresses as we receive the range from our guests. The air conditioner actually is a new unit as we double checked after her review. We do hope to host Florence again in the future.

très bien placé près du métro dans un quartier vivant et populaire, ce qui est attachant. Sympathie de l'accueil. Spacieux pour cette destination, un bon rapport qualité prix. Communication aisée et staff joignable. On aurait aimé plus d'ustensiles de cuisine. Dommage pour l'insonorisation mais la ville est bruyante.

It was absolutely delightful to host them. We appreciate all the suggestions as we always try to improve for our guests we wish New York for a quiet haven, but it’s not, but that adds to the life of the city into the experience of staying in the city.

It was lovely to host Herve and we were so pleased that they enjoyed their stay with us so much that they decided to select another apartment and stay longer with us. It's wonderful when our guests elect to extend their stays with us. It means so much to us.

Situé à 2 pas du métro, le lit très confortable et l'atout de la baignoire est un grand plus s'en oublier que nous avons entendu aucun bruit. La cuisine est indispensable pour un séjour très bien car la nourriture est très cher et les plats très équilibrés aux restaurants!!!! Séjour parfait je recommande vivement pour tous séjour.

It was an absolute delight hosting Claire and we were so pleased that she felt that the location, ease of travel within the city was at her fingertips while having the comfort of home in an equipped apartment that provided the opportunity to make her stay financially comfortable. We would welcome her back any time.

Chauffage collectif bruyant qui se met en marche sans que l'on puisse l'arrêter. Fenêtre chambre que l'on ne peut maintenir ouverte. Patronne de l'hotel tres désagréable. A éviter!

This was a difficult situation in that our listing provides arrival between 2-5pm and a possible late arrival between 5-7 for a late arrival fee. Despite agreeing to the late arrival fee, Thierry never showed up that night and was not responsive to Expedia by phone or by message or by us by phone or message. Thierry then just showed up at a random time the following day without any arrangement or notice. We did our utmost to make Thierry welcome and comfortable but despite that Thierry clearly came expecting the worst despite a lovely and warm reception and the apartment was exactly as shown on the site. Also, for some reason no mention was ever made of any way we could assist Thierry more.

Good enough but make sure you can check in on time

Things to note if you are renting out this apartment: Good points - Well communicated - Heating is on most of the time, works automatically - Full apartment to ourselves - The guy who did the check in was very nice and professional - They offered to help us find accommodation if our flight ended up being canceled - Had towels, soap, kitchen paper, fridge, plates, glasses - Bathroom in good condition/warm water - Some storage space - best thing was the cafe downstairs - lovely breakfasts and staff! Negative points - The neighbourhood isn’t the best - lots of noise at night, some weird people etc but they mind their own business for the most part - The heating makes very loud noises, it wakes you up at night - One of the beds is tilted on one side because both rooms’ floors are tilted/crooked, and both have a very hard mattress - check in is only from 3 to 5 and if you check in from 5-7 you have to pay a fee. Also not possible to cancel and get a refund, even if reasons are out of your control, as per their policy. This can be an inconvenience, so take it into account when booking it - no natural light in the living room and one of the bedrooms

We always appreciate the insights as to that which was good and areas where we can improve for our guests or we can explain to future guests. The heating is computer controlled with interior and exterior sensors to respond to variations in temperature both internally and externally for the entire building. When the temperatures vary as we have had in NYC for the past few months, the computerized system responds as well. Guests who are not familiar with NYC or other urban life are not used to variations in the makeup of our neighborhoods, the urban and street life noises and life. Each person has particular preferences for mattresses (hard/soft/pillow etc) As we have no front desk, the listing provides and we remind guests of arrival/departure times to reflect their travel plans and options.
