Great price, good for one night and clean. Staff were not welcoming. They answered my questions with reluctance and it was clear that they hated their job. I asked for a paid receipt to verify that we checked out at 9:00 to avoid late fee. Their response was to check the email however I didn’t receive an email upon checking out and I’m still waiting for it

This was a great location for my visit to NYC. Easy to get in and out of the hotel even though it was staffless/contactless check in. The bathroom had several dead lightbulbs and it was a bit noisy (I could hear the person next to me cough) but I slept well and felt safe. I will definitely return!

Pros: -A good deal. -Clean -Polite staff that’s willing to accommodate -great area with a lot of stuff to do -close to transit Cons: -You are required to keep the temp 74 degrees (it gets hot and stuffy in the room) -The walls are very thin and you can hear drunkards in the lobby making noise on the weekends. I had to watch the volume of my voice in the room because I was worried people could hear me. These two things made it very difficult to sleep during my stay.

Look, I'm not in NYC to sit in a hotel room. I want a clean, safe place to sleep and this was that 100%. Rooms are small, as most things are around here, but complete and clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we were so exhausted it didn't matter.

We had a very pleasant time during our stay and we loved the location - the hotel has a fantastic location for the price, and it was ideal for exploring Chelsea or accessing to subway to go up or down town and see other parts of the city. The room was also clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re not planning on spending much time in your hotel room, this is an ideal booking! We knew going in that the room would be small and mostly taken up by the bed but the issue ultimately was with the comfort in general, not the size - unfortunately the bed was awful. The mattress felt like sleeping on cardboard and seemed to dip in the middle. The bedding was thin and not warm. This maybe could have been bearable for one night, but night 2 and 3 were difficult. It was also very inconvenient that there’s no option to leave your bags with the front desk if you arrive early or need to kill time between checkout and travel plans.
