There was an issue with the elevators— only one of the three heading to the higher floors was working. We waited 30 minutes on the morning of our checkout for an elevator that wasn’t too full to take us.

Thought the room was great, staff was terrific, but the heat went on several times overnight even though I turned it off on the thermostat and there was overnight construction nearby.

The room was very dark and there is no full length mirror. Other than that, the staff was super sweet and helpful and the rooms are large for New York CIty. Would definitely stay again but only at the great price I recieved. Thank you!
