Le personnel ultra gentils et prêt à vous servir.
Ils nous ont accomodés sur quelques demandes sans problème.
Réellement, l’une des hotels les mieux insonorisées que je n’ai jamais eu. L’hotel était pleine et jamais nous avons entendus des bruits provenant d’autres chambres.
Le stationnement qui est juste à côté rapide et bien fait !!!
À 5 minutes de marche de Time Square, 40min du Musée histoire naturel, 25 min du High line.

Spacious room
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel was situated perfectly for a long weekend of theater-going. The room was one of the most spacious I've ever had in NYC. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was the inconsistent quality of hot water in the shower; it became icy cold sporadically. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Hotel has parking right next door which I so convenient if you are driving into the city with luggage. Located close to broadway and good restaurants. No restaurant in hotel when we stayed.

Completely refreshed properly. Feels brand new. Comfy beds clean rooms attentive staff well located to subway theatre and shopping. Only complaint was construction noise. Highly recommend

Always love kimptons
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HotelsLoved the location of this property as it was in the center of the theater district. The property appeared fairly new, and the staff was wonderful. Complimentary wine at 5 daily in the lobby was also nice.

I'm a big fan of Kimpton. I've stayed with them before in other cities and the experience was great. This stay was no exception.
We had issues with the key cards off the hop, but this was easily corrected, but the keys stopped working again prior to checking out on our last morning.
We also required a repair to our room fridge as it was not working.
As far as the room itself, was one of the most well appointed spaces I've stayed in in NYC. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but hey, its an older building.
This is a great location as well. Close to times square and seconds from Broadway shows, setting out on foot is no problem.
