Loved the location and convenience to everything. The room was too warm. Our last night there, someone nearby was smoking and the smell seeped into our room through the air vents.

The staff and the accommodations at The Westin were great. The service was wonderful and the facilities were very nice.
My only critique would be the noise both external to the hotel and internal. The sirens, iack hammering and car horns, while part of New York City life, were constant, unavoidable and made it difficulty to sleep.
The lack of privacy between rooms were also less than desirable, as you could hear conversations, activities, showering and the television in both rooms next door, and I am sure they could hear the same.
Those aspects - in addition to an unforeseen, end of stay, $90 resort fee - definitely sullied the stay.
