The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Check in was so easy and quick. They even gave me several drink coupons to use at the bar. The location is excellent and very close to Grand Central Station. It is also very safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very friendly and personable. The hotel is clean. I love that bar was right there in the lobby. The entire appearance of the hotel was nice.
