The hotel room was amazing! The bed, oh it was amazing!!! However, the part where we had the dance competition was awful. The bathrooms were dirty, ran out of toilet paper. The bathroom by the pool was also dirty. Honestly I just don’t think they had the staff to keep up with the amount of people they hosted. The front desk appeared to be overwhelmed at check in. Most of the ice machines did not work. It was just a lot of little things that needed attention. Even the bartender, seemed overwhelmed. I’m not sure if they are understaffed, but it appeared as if they were.

Staff were very nice. First floor patio door was unlocked when I entered room. Is a good thing I always check. Property is aging. I would not pay more than $100 per night.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in the recommendation of local family and were overall pleased. The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful lobby with fireplaces was a great gathering spot for our family. Breakfast was very good. We included breakfast in our reservation and were able to order anything from the menu.

We love this hotel and our room was great although our jet tub did not drain and was dirty. Otherwise great visit!
