There was absolutely no information about how to get from the airport to the hotel. We tried to call several time days prior the arrival and didn’t get any answer. Then on the arrival same thing no answer for the shuttle we had to walk under the rain through the road to get there . The employee appart from saying I’m sorry didn’t seem to care. Never going back ! I’ll take a shuttle for a further and am cheaper hotel next time.

This Hotel still charges ridiculous Wi-Fi fees to it’s guests In 2022!!!! At the Price and quality of this hotel, these fees should be cancelled. I’ve stayed at five star hotels much better than this one and wi-fi was included. So disapointed!!! Plus the staff on arrival was not friendly at all, and it felt like I was bothering the Person who checked me in…
