Been coming here for many years they put zero effort into the upkeep of the property…lets start here: check in was a nightmare; they gave us a room for 2 when we booked a room for 3 with ocean view; it took over 1 hour to get the room we booked. Also the guy checking us in offered us valet for $60 a night and caught him offering the next guest $45 a night.... the sink faucet is falling off, toilet is leaking, the shower head doesn't work correctly, the blow dryer looks from 1980 and it's filthy. The chairs on the patio are falling apart. The lady who cleaned the room didn't even make the "extra" bed which is not a bed but a couch! …forget about the breakfast, expect an apple and 99cents wrapped muffin from Walmart that has 1,000 ingredients…do yourself a favor and skip this place the only good thing about it is the location. Also there's a resort fee of 30 per day for water and beach towels but there were no beach towels in the room... It is clear this place has no standards. I would not recommend.

Location wise was great. Located by the beach and some dining areas around. Regarding property: Large cars for valet was $60 smaller cars are of course cheaper Upstairs has a nice view of the beach My room door did not close properly, it was a struggle to open and close the room door. I literally had to slam it just so it would properly close and pull the door for it to open, apologies to my neighbors. Room walls were thin, we could hear every conversation and snore which was annoying. Just wanted a nice quiet getaway. Room was also stuffy no matter how much I tried to adjust the AC setting. After checking into the room we noticed that the TV remote ran out of batteries so I was about to call the front desk when there was nowhere on the phone for such service. I had to google and call the hotel from my phone. Service was fast, however, this person that came (looks like Anthony Bourdain) said “no smoking in my rooms.” I did not know what prompted him to say that when we just got into the room and only request to change the remote batteries?

We loved the location. The price for the room via expedia made it affordable for the night. I would easily do 1-2 day stays more often if I could get a price point Of 230 - 300 for an even nicer room upgrade. The fireplace pilot light was on but We could not get the fire place to work. :(

The room smelled musty, the paint on the walls was sagging from water damage. Black mold in the shower. The headboard was moldy. The property as a whole was not maintained.
