The house is very clean and welcoming, the street is quiet and peaceful and the front and back patio on this house is so great to enjoy the beautiful weather and let our little one play. We are so sad to be leaving and will 100% be back and always check if this place is available first!!

Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had nothing but good things to say about our stay, except rain (which they can't be held accountable for). The place is exactly as advertised and communication with the property manager was superb. We would go again when the weather is a little warmer.

Great Spring Break Getaway!
Publié le 29 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was great for our mom’s and son’s spring break trip. The location is fantastic! It is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We did rent a car, and only needed it for our day at Universal. We stayed in the front house, which is the best one because you have two patios! Linda the owner was great and communicated everything we needed very timely.

This cottage has magic and an ideal location

It has everything I want in beauty and comfort. There is seating for seven inside and out so my family could visit with us before we went out to eat. I slept well and we loved the easy, chef's kitchen. The cottage manager had soft music playing and chocolate cupcakes out and other food and beverage items in the frig. I felt so welcome after a long, rainy day of travel.

Exceeded expectations
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOwners were delightful, avail if needed. New smart tv added to month long stay enjoyment. All facilities enjoyed. Property close to any thing one may want. Three blocks to ocean and about a mile to the Newport pier. Parking a Newport thing.
