Disappointing

For the money spent, we unfortunately regret booking. Everything felt like a wannabe luxury. We did not get the room we reserved online, the room was not very clean, noisy all night- some sound that sounded like a dryer with change inside, the food was insanely overpriced and not great, and the cappuccino was just hot milk. Beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms had zero privacy. Very awkward when you’re staying with a friend. 60$ for overnight valet parking and it’s not even covered/protected from the elements. Love the day spa, but will not stay again.
