Room was extremely comfortable, great location. Didn’t get the ocean view but thankful that I didn’t have to use stairs

Great. Good bed. If they touched up the rooms a little - paint, grout they would look great. Rooms large and roomy, love the luxury laminate flooring.

Awesome ocean view. Quality coffee maker in the room. The elevator was a bit rusty but that's what the salty ocean air tends to do to metal!

For the price it was OK
Posted Feb. 26, 2024 on HotelsGreat location very close to the beach. Older building, exterior and grounds were well maintained. The room had a few issues. No toilet seat lid and loud plumbing. Good shower though. They’re trying to be eco friendly by having dispensers for shampoo and body wash in the shower but the dispensers were broken and half empty refill bottles were sitting on the edge of the bathtub. Wall mount hair dryer was in a drawer of the vanity so you have to take the whole unit out of the drawer and place it precariously on a narrow counter edge, plug in and use. That’s a little bit sketchy because the counter edge is on the sink and is wet. I stayed 3 nights, 2 of the three it was quiet. Night two the room above me was rented by a large group; 4 adults, 2 dogs and 4 kids!! In a single room! The noise from above me was absolutely constant and unbearable. I think the hotel needs to implement and enforce occupancy limits. Staff were friendly, check in/out was quick and easy. I never ate breakfast but it’s available. I never used the pool but saw others using it. There were a lot of dogs which is fine with me, I like dogs, owners need to be a little more mindful about picking up after them though. Several land mines in the grass and sidewalks to parking area. Bed was just ok but I was working at an event and was so tired that I could have slept on the floor at the end of the day. They might think about getting mattress toppers at the very least. All in all I give it a 7/10.

It is just north of Nye Beach, and amazing for the price point! The staff here is so polite, inviting, and nice. Staff and price are the reason we keep coming back to this hotel, at least monthly.
