Staff was pleasant., however Our vehicle was broken in to as were other hotels in the area. vending machine for a cold soda didn’t work nor did the ice machine the one time we tried to use it. Breakfast was below average. Fruit, yogurt or oatmeal would have been better than all the breads, 3 cereals, a scrambled egg and sausage patty.

This place is old and needs a deep renovation to modernize it the 2020’s. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The place and staffs are excellent, my kids loves to comeback again, but the rates are to highnin march break

Been before but this time way to busy! Too many children unsupervised, loud, obnoxious. Brought our own children and young kids in pool after 10pm soon loud our older children could not sleep.
Kids running and screaming. Goofying off in Saunas.
Pool is just outside of all family suites not seperate so be mindful of noise

Hello, I apologize for the noisiness during your stay. We had a couple groups of young children for a hockey tournament over the weekend, so it was louder than usual. The pool should have been shut down by 10PM and nobody should have been in that area. You are more than welcome to give us a call next time for your booking and we will do our best to make the next stay better. Whether that's offering you a discount on the stay or getting you a room away from all the noise. We do appreciate the feedback and will be more strict on the night shifts about noise and guests being out still.

Im very happy with all the service the only thing I wish breakfast had some fruit. The rest was wonderful! Thanks for everything!
