Very disappointing stay
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HotelsThey gave me a smoking room. The room key didn't work. The internet didn't work. The air conditioner didn't work. Unfortunately this is the closest hotel to the office that I visit, so I have to stay here again.

Hotel is okay, but not worth the money. No international plugs even though it is high-end hotel, food not great needs improvement. Room size is good enough though. Staff not really helpful when asked for some help.

Breakfast was good. Hotel reception is very poorly managed...not a good value for the money spent.

They had oversold their rooms. I wasn’t able to check in for four hours even after 2pm and finally had to return at midnight. Then they couldn’t locate my reservation for 10 minutes after I waited 10 hours for my check in. Clueless managers. Unapologetic. Such action would never be tolerated in a more classy hotel. Stay away from this chain.

Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and comfy, service is good.
