The hotel is in a good location, close to walking beach.

I stayed there last year, liked it so much stayed there again. And it did not disappoint, the stay there is always enjoyable. Will stay there again, the next time I visit.

Area just outside hotel was full of litter. Beach near hotel was directly next to boat dock with charter boats. Not appealing.

Pros: very clean property, much bigger rooms than in holiday inn, we stayed in 2 bedroom sweet family of 4. Location is great near all the attractions. Very nice gym we worked out daily during the day when the sun index is very high
Cons: beach distance is 5 minutes walking unless you can get a lift on electric cart from the hotel, beach chairs are hard to get you have to call at 8am to reserve a day before.
