La propreté laissait à désirer, surtout lorsque l’on regardait sur les murs et rideaux. Il manquait des couvertures pour le divan-lit pour notre enfant. Le papier de toilette était tellement installé loin de la toilette que nous devions nous étirer pour le prendre, et mes enfants devaient se lever!

The breakfast was very good , staff friendly and welcoming, rooms was clean conveniently located for where I needed to go during my trip . But the mattress in our room not very comfortable felt like I would slide off the bed if I wasn’t sleeping in the middle of it.

The check-in staff was top notch and there was a young man at the omelet station with superb customer service. Other staff members were rude. I called to request a later checkout time, it was granted verbally but no one put it in the system. I received it again and was harassed by employees several times when they kept knocking on the door. What was the point of extending the checkout time if they don’t have a system in place to communicate late check outs. It was quite an awful experience. Some staff members treated you like you were bothering them for simple requests. Lastly, the housekeeping staff needs to pay closer attention to detail. I lost my earring and looked on the floor, I saw gum wrappers and hair on the floor. I don’t expect that at the price point!!

My room was not very clean when h arrived, stains on the couch , floor, and walls. The rest of the hotel was very high quality especially the staff.
