Posted Jan. 31, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was amazing. The folks were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The hot water was WONDERFUL in the shower. The area felt safe as part of the time I was here alone and felt comfortable. We just purchased a farm in Canfield and will be doing a lot of traveling back and forth until the move is complete. We will also recommend to our family and friends who travel to visit us to stay here as well. Prices are extremely affordable. Thank you Davis Family! Blessings

Another excellent stay at Davis Motel. Great front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. Loved the new remodel. The plank floors and new paint looked great. Wish all hotels would get rid of carpet.

There is broken glass on the bed and beds back board. Black specks on the top sheet. Took pictures.
Stink bugs are all over. We can't stay the night here and nobody cares!!!

I apologize that your room wasn't excellent, I will personally look into what happened. We do care and would have either offered you a full refund or another room. Stink bugs can be a nuisance but I haven't seen one of late. I will definitely check into this situation.

Dont judge a book by its cover
Posted Jan. 12, 2024 on HotelsPlace definitely takes the dont judge a book by its cover to the extreme. Looks iffy from pictures and physically outside but the room was impressive.
The bed was less than impressive and the pillows but it was not a deal breaker.
I would give this place a 8/10 stars , good place for a night if you need to stay someplace quick.
