The only thing I didn’t like was that the heatpump was less than 10 feet from my bed and every time the compressor came on it would wake us up,(very poor design)

Hard mattress but otherwise good

Indoor pool area decently clean but water somewhat cold. Not a terrible stay overall and will add this place to our list for future stays. Will be good in summer as great beach access

The young lady that checked us in, couldn't have been more professional, kind, helpful and engaging.

The hotel was dirty and unsanitary. When checking in I had to clean the room with bleach wipes to remove dust and black dirt on the refrigerator. I needed to clean the counter tops and toilet. Scrub the shower and bathroom floor.
The next day we spent the entire day at the beach. When we returned for my daughter to swim in the indoor pool it was too filthy to let her swim in the water. Trash was floating in the top of the pool, visibility dirt and sand on the inside of the pool, The window had black mold. The sauna door was locked with no

The hotel did not have pool towels in available in the indoor or outdoor pool area have to ask for them at the front desk.
Several dead bugs in the gym and lobby.
They did not have a public restroom in the lobby.

We have been staying here since the mid-90's. The staff is excellent and the location is fantastic. We usually stay a week in June and a week in the winter.

Liked The convenience of being the same building of the event we were attending. Liked the mini kitchen. It was well equipped.
Didn’t like that there was no vent in the bathroom. Needed a light over the dresser mirror and having a small bistro table and two chairs would have been more useful for coffee & a bite of breakfast rather than the desk.
