Staff were very friendly and hard working. They were there to answer all of our questions and full fill of our needs.

The facilities were average-- nothing terrible, nothing above and beyond. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool; had to go to desk to get a towel, after being wet from the pool. Some issues with check-in process that placed a barrier on check-in.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at AmericInn by Wyndham, Northfield. I apologize about the check-in issues; you booked 2 rooms through the 3rd party and unfortunately the hotel is not allowed to cancel them. I'm glad you were able to use both rooms. We do keep the pool towels at the front desk as this helps us keep better track of them. I'm sorry you missed the sign stating this before you got into the pool. We hope this helps explain the issue you may of had. We hope to see you again if you are ever in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a lot of space and was clean. Only complaint is the blanket was like a sheet, wasn’t so warm overnight. Pool was fun, hot tub was warm, and LOTS of options for breakfast, delicious too. Nice hotel in a good location and was safe and quiet.

Thank you for choosing AmericInn by Wyndham for your recent stay.We value the opinions of our guests and evaluate each message, suggestion, and comment to find out how we can better improve our service to you.Let me explain what happened on our end. We had guests calling the front desk asking what was going on with children running up and down the halls. We told them they were heading to the pool area and excited, I'm sure. That is the only time your children were mentioned to another guest. We asked them no running please. Another guest mentioned screaming and running going on. We understand kids will be kids and get excited about different things in different ways but running and yelling in the halls disrupting other guests cannot be tolerated. I apologize if you felt your children were not doing anything disruptive. Thank you.
