Normally I only respond to legitimate reviews but this one requires my attention. Any review that addresses cleanliness are a concern and with 100% positive reviews to date and for this stay we did require an outside cleaner to attend to the property as my wife was away, so these deficiencies are a positive review and will be addressed. The remaining items are obviously from a unique guest and one I have to question their sanity and credibility, which I will address each one individually as it appears our guest is an electrician, structural engineer and chemical specialist. There is absolutely no mold in the bathroom, but the caulking does get stained from our well water, I have recently installed a new UV filter to make it easier for us to keep it clean...but definitely not mold. Bathroom light behind the cabinet...correct, but there is also a light outside the bathroom so a minor inconvenience for normal people. GFI in bathroom, this plug has its GFI wired at the electrical panel. Although It is located behind the lower edge of mirror easily accessible again, for normal people not looking for reasons to complain. Floor squeaks...period. Its an older loft and again, first time anyone ever mentioned it. Kitchen electrical...there is one plug above the stove in a cupboard that is not secured. Used for a microwave. Legitimate item that has been addressed, but first time being brought to our attention and only by someone who spent a lot of time going through the place in detail looking for problems instead of enjoying the beautiful property and views. Deck is secure, so our structural engineer wannabe may have felt insecure, but I suspect that may be part of her DNA...There are 3 supports and deck has been engineered for 10 people safely. The one glass panel that is uneven is due to a spacer being missing in the lower glass rail when installed. Not due to any deficiency in the deck. Bedroom closet...best indications of a misguided individual...it has spare blankets and bedding, as well as some fold up TV tables for use while eating as there is no kitchen table. There are 2 other closets, in the main bedroom and in the entrance. The AC unit works excellent and it points at the bedroom doors, so normal people leave the bedroom doors open before going to bed if they want the rooms cooler, and even while in bed if needed. Garage door is only opened below after 8am and any communication by reasonable guests would have solved this issue with one call.
