Hôtel immense

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel immense et pas annoncé comme tel. Exagérément cher par rapport au reste du pays. Le petit dej peu raffiné. Dommage !

In regards to the price range, we would like to share that prices in our outlets are mostly corresponding to the average prices in other 5-star hotels in Nusa Dua area. Super séjour au Melia Bali

Tres bel hotel avec une belle plage calme. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel tres attentionné et serviable. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

L’hôtel et le personnel sont vraiment parfait!!! cependant des punaises retrouvées dans le lit et cela nous a donner des boutons et allergie... Actuellement dans l’avion en direction de Paris avec toujours autant de boutons... photos à l’appuie.

First and foremost, we are very sorry to hear that we could not meet your expectations during your recent stay, and we extend our most profound apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We take your comments very seriously and concerned departments are following up your feedback. However, with much regret we discovered that there was no record or report of similar to your comment and we believe it is very unfortunate that we could not assist you during your stay as we have French speaking staff in the hotel who are pleased and very willing to assist our guest to provide enjoyable stay. Nevertheless, kindly be informed that the room has been thoroughly checked by our team, as well as occupied by other guests after your departure, however no traces of insects were found. Please be informed that we collaborate with Indonesian well-known Pest Control Company “Rentokill” who does regular preventive treatments in all rooms, outlets and the garden. To ensure all necessary standards are in place the hotel goes through regular checks by the governmental institutions and we always pass them successfully. Once again, we reiterate our apologies for this unfortunate experience you had during your stay and thank you for sharing your feedback for our continuous improvement.
