BAD HOTEL!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Told the breakfast buffet was $xx, bill for breakfast buffet was $twice. Told that the coffee and juice plus added gratuity were added. That was the most expensive bagel, coffee and juice that i have ever had, even by New York standards. What is really SCREWED UP is there is free coffee in the lobby. That means I could have walked in with free coffee from the lobby. The coffee also sucked, not very good at all! When I told the front desk they acted concerned but clearly didn't really care at all, saying they couldn't do anything about it. Found the bed uncomfortable, looked like there was a stain on the bottom sheet. Overpriced stay away. Find other hotel options this place sucks.

I stayed 2 nights and the front desk asked if I wanted the room to be cleaned the next day. I said yes, however no one came to clean the room.

Very clean. Restaurant food amazing. Staff amazing. Definitely a spot to return to when weather is warmer

The parking garage arrangement is very weird but I guess it’s good that there’s parking in general. The exits to the building don’t quiet lead you to the parking area, so you have to walk far with your bags in order to get to the hotel. Overall the restaurant on site and the staff are great and the food was also really good and flavorful. Their sangria is also amazing. The only issue I have is that they charge a “destination fee “ of $25 per day but that doesn’t include breakfast and in the winter that eliminates usage of the pool so the fee should be waived.
