Estimado Sr Pierre: Primero agradecer profundamente el que nos haya dado los oportunidad de atenderlos. Lamentablemente vernos que su estancia no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas, desafortunadamente no nos comenta en qué fue lo que fallamos o dejamos de hacer para cumplir con sus requerimientos, nos gustaría que nos hiciera llegar cuales fueron nuestros errores para poderlos arreglar y evitar que vuelvan a suceder para el bien de ustedes, nuestros huéspedes. Very nice hotel. Recommend.

Very well located, beautifully decorated, clean & comfortable hotel with a small pool for the kids which is great in a city with not that many things to do for kids. If I had to find some downsides it would be service of desk staff is ok but not forthcoming and some rooms can have a weird layout (some have no windows or a minuscule bathroom) but these are not deal breakers at all.

Dear Rafael: First of all, We thank you for the opportunity you gave us to attend You, as per your comments, we try to give our guests our best service, so we will try to better it a bit more and for the rooms, our building is an exConvent of the XVI century, so the infrastructure is not possible to change it, so that is the reason of the weird layout, as you say so and no windows or little bathroom. Hôtel bien situé au centre d'Oaxaca, près du Zocalo. Un peu vieillot et bruyant à mon goût.

Juillet 2017 en fête à OAXACA

Séjour du 18 au 21 juillet (4 nuits) pendant la fête locale de la ville de OAXACA durant plusieurs jours (concert, danses, animations en tout genre, etc...).Très belle hôtel mais attention à certaine chambre qui sont dans des recoins sans fenêtre sans lumière (disposition du bâtiment avec patio).Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre moyennant un petit supplément. Piscine sympatique dans le patio. Pris sur place 2 types d'excursion proposées très bien organisées.Quartier calme assez proche du zocalo (place centrale). Très bon restaurants dans rue piétonne et au zocalo. Pour le petit déjeuner il faut aller à coté au restaurant en sortant à gauche puis tout de suite à droite.Nous avons aussi mangé le soir très bien.
