I liked the location of the hotel. The front desk staff was very good. The maid service was not good. Our room was great except for the poor placement of the AC unit. Who needs the kitchen to be cooled and not the bedroom? A simple inexpensive fix would be to have a fan on the space above the wall that separates the kitchen and bedroom to allow the cool air access to the bedroom.

Very disappointed! The images on Expedia are deceptive! Very little water coming out from shower head, smells horribly, lacking basic items that a hotel should have. I needed to borrow scissors and a needle with some thread, they had neither. The jacuzzi is a joke! The water was so dirty that I wouldn’t dare put my feet in it. This facility is very unkept.

This hotel is not good value for the price . Our King room (#18) was very small, and not very clean . It is a quaint hotel but needs an upgrade and the entire room, towels, linens are tired and worn . The upstairs Terrace had no chairs to sit on , the Jacuzzi area had worn furniture, filthy glass panels around it and the Jacuzzi water was not inviting at all . I will not return.

The property is in a great location. It’s walking distance to the city center. However it’s very outdated. The pool upstairs looked cloudy and It had an old smell to it. The key is also huge to carry.
