Service impeccable. Petits soins et attention à la clientèle. A chaque fois que j’ai demandé un renseignement ou que j’ai eu besoin de conseils, le personnel m’a aidé de manière rapide, efficace et courtoise. Très belle chambre aussi!

Belle suite et bon service
Publié le 19 août 2016 sur HotelsBelle suite (Firenze), quoique un peu sombre, au RDC. Terrasses intérieures et sur le toit agréables pour le petit déjeuner ou un verre. Sevice attentioné pour seulement 8 chambres. Accueil exveptionnel à notre arrivée à 8h nous donnant accès à la chambre aussi tôt et offrant un café. Petit déjeuner servi très joliment (fruits et confitures).

Chambre très romantique
Publié le 21 juill. 2013 sur HotelsEn arrivant le personnel vous accueil comme un hôte exceptionnel . La chambre est présentée et tout est fait pour que l'on se sente tout de suite bien . Très belle chambre spacieuse avec une deco raffinée ,à l'ancienne . L'hôtel est extrêmement calme ,la literie digne des meilleurs hôtels ,est vraiment confortable . Nous reviendrons dans ce petit bijoux d'hôtel .

Excellent petit boutique hotel de 6 suites

Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HotelsVisited Oaxaca for the 1st time. Absolutely fantastic trip. Oaxaca definitely leaves you with the feeling of having visited Mexico. Family friendly & exciting city. Definitely recommend staying in the Centro area. This boutique style hotel couldn’t be better. Entire staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From setting up tours, dinner reservations, taxis nothing was too big or too small. It has an old style charm with modern conveniences. They do not have the hot tub on the roof anymore as shown in the pictures but that did not take away from the beautiful views of the church & city in the cool of the evening. Am definitely going back & staying here in the future!! *****

This was a beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel. A converted convent! The staff is very accommodating and focused on customer service. It's very clean with a lovely complimentary continental breakfast with optional full breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. It's delightful!!
