No hot water! Noisy! Paint chipping from ceiling in Bath! No response from front desk when Hot Water was reported. No call back from manager when requested after check out!

Everything was great except I didn’t have hot water for 2 days, reported it the 1st night had to take a cold shower, reported it the 2nd day someone finally came that evening and fixed it

The property is located near lots of restaurants and fun activities for the kids. Also right on the beach was a plus.
However when we got there the pool was not opened, this was disappointing because i brought my kids for their winter break and the pool was supposed to be the highlight of the trip since its winter time. They told me that someone tried to contact me with that information, buy that was not true. To top it off, the hotel had a bunch of kids there for a dance competition in town and the entire hotel was like a zoo. They were all running down the hallway, loud, all their room doors were opened as they scream to each other back and forth, running in and out of rooms and the parents were doing the same, most of them were drunk and loud, spoke to the feont desk several time and other guest did the same when i was there as well. The pool finally opened on the evening of our second day there and my little 5yr old was just confined to a corner because there was over 100 girl in the pool jumped off each other's shoulders and just being very inconsiderate of other people. It was this way for our entire stay and the hotel did nothing about it.

The location was amazing! We were within walking distance to several great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!
