The owner often double books and canceled my stay.
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter booking I left on my short vava to visit my son, upon arriving I received a text saying the double booked and refunded me a partial amount back. This caused much confusion and created a headache, costing me precious time on an already short vacation.
Very disappointed. also why did they keep $39.06 of mine? Its almost as if they do this to profit on those that dont look closely! The owners admited this same thing happened the weekend before my stay because they've listed their rental across many platform.
They owner also proceeded to tell me it wasn't a big deal I could easily find another house the same day.. Excuse me! RUDE
I spoke with vrbo and the support team said watch my email for the remain return of $39.06.
The money lost is not the big issues or why I am choosing to leave a review. It's because I feel Shar the home owner is up to something fishy and I would advise any and all Patrons to steer clear.
She is misleading, rude and as of now a thief in my eyes.

Cody, I am working with VRBO right now trying to figure out why You didn't get the full refund. They show on there end that You did receive a full refund. They said You need to contact them and show a screen shot of the refund. I am not a thief. I can't control what they do.

Amazing Stay!
Publié le 21 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is the best VRBO stay I have had. The hosts were amazingly kind, thoughtful amd flexible. The property was clean, in a very safe neighborhood, and had all we needed. If we head back to Utah this is our go-to location.

Comfortable and just what I needed

Shar was a lovely hostess and her place was clean, a good size for a family, and well-stocked with everything that I needed. A pool table is always popular and the beds were comfortable - what else could you ask for?

The property itself was tucked back so that it seemed like you were in the country. It was very private. The unit was comfy and roomy. The hosts were beyond welcoming. It was lovely to use the pool and deck. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Experience
Publié le 31 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayOur hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to help make us feel welcome and our stay comfortable. The apartment is warm, clean, and just the right size for our family of 6. I'd recommend it to anyone and we'd definitely stay here again!
