Horrible experience! Waited for over 4 hours to check in. Room was never ready before we had to leave at 6:30 PM for a concert we came to. We had to leave our luggage in a room that was not ready for us.

Would stay here again. Room was pretty clean, the floor could have used a sweep/vacuum, was some debris. But overall not bad.

It says kids eat free. Not true. The waterpark is cold and the "hottub" was not hot at all. Staff was very friendly.
