My child got sick the day we were supposed to check in, with flu and vomiting. Stressful enough while going in college tours. This Hotel would not refund my money and manager was quite rude on the phone. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t understand emergencies happen.

You booked and paid Expedia who then paid us with a virtual card. Any refunds to your personal card would have to be done with Expedia. Have a wonderful day and safe travels!
