Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe experience was great, check in was pleasant because of the front desk staff were amazingly friendly and sociable, something often not experienced almost everywhere, now a days. The rooms were clean considering they were under active remodeling. One thing I should have made sure before checking in or booking the room was to include the breakfast at the restaurant next door since the hotel doesn’t have a continental breakfast. To my knowledge you have ether options. Other than that experience was great and pleasant. Thank you.

Very clean and the staff were very nice. Initiated being helpful without me asking. I’m from Northeast and have stayed at holiday inns in NY and they are dirty and the staff are rude. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place to Stay
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis property is currently being remodeled. We stayed in a newly refurbished unit. It was beautiful! Staff are friendly and very helpful.
I have only one complaint. The "free" breakfast is not available until 8am. If, like us, one is staying as part of a longer trip, the breakfast is too late. We were gone by the time the restaurant opened.

The front desk staff was great. I would give this 5 stars if the cleaning staff didn't spend 2 hours outside of our room in the A.M. making a ton of noise.
