I was supposed to get a room with beach view. I got room by the pool. It was loud. One night they were playing music. The first day we checked in two cop cars were pulling in. Second night four police officers were walking around the pool area. I will not stay again.

Overall everything was great, except there was a mix up over a beach view room and a beachfront room. I reserved a beachfront room and we were put in a beach view room for two days until they could get us in a beachfront room. The staff was very nice and did all they could to make things right. They gave us free parking and breakfast for those days we couldn’t get in the room.

The stay was very pleasant. Along with the beach view room we had. This hotel is very pet friendly as well. We was traveling with our dog and would definitely recommend this hotel and myself and my wife will definitely be staying here again on future trips

Not what it once was

This hotel is well used and worn. The soap dispenser in the shower was missing. Discovered this after I was already in the shower. I had to use shampoo to bathe. The towels were coarse not soft. They need replacing. The duvet kept coming off the comforter. The curtains were coming off the hooks. This room was not to quality I’ve experienced in the past at this hotel. Especially for the price. Also the breakfast buffet is not worth $18 and the hostesses expect a tip. I’ve been staying here for 10 years. Time to move on.

Disappointing

Had to ask for towels everyday no cleaning of the rooms or bedmaking the entire time Cold water shower a couple of mornings Absolutely zero phone service Freezer in room fridge defrosted ruining sandwiches Bedside table was gross
