Expansive Property Good for Family

Beautiful property but definitely needs outdoor cleaning
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall this was a beautiful property with great amenities truly amazing every part of the house was breathtaking the only and worst downside about the property is outside was very dirty place looks like it hadn’t been touched in months I get that the property is surrounded by nature and dust is natural but if regularly maintained the outdoor common areas should not be that dirty we could not sit on many of the chairs without either removing the cushions or wiping them down or even when playing pool our clothes got very dirty! Outdoor lights did not work as well so overall the outside needs major work!

Family Birthday Celebration
Publié le 18 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt was my 70th birthday and my husband found this location for our entire immediate family to stay and relax and have a birthday celebration. It was a wonderful time and plenty of room. The pool was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful property, but needs some maintenance
Publié le 3 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house, grounds, pool area and tennis court were beautiful. The location was excellent for Disney and beaches. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager, Nick, was very responsive.
There were a number of maintenance issues during our weeklong stay. One A/C unit didn't work; the refrigerator in the guest house was broken; both dishwashers were broken; one of the ovens didn't work. Nick worked with us to get some of the items repaired during our stay. The maintenance items weren't a huge problem, but should have been checked out prior to our stay. One annoyance was that we had to text Nick whenever we wanted the spa turned on. I believe he is working on a fix for this.
The kitchen was large and beautiful, but was not well equipped for people who plan on cooking during their stay. I would suggest adding a toaster, a blender, measuring cups, and some new pots and pans.
The views from the kitchen would be awesome if the bushes in front of the windows were trimmed.
Overall, I would highly recommend this stunning property.

Great home for a big family!
Publié le 15 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayHad a great time staying here for the week! Had an absolute blast with my family. The little kids especially enjoyed the pool, tennis court, and entertainment center in the basement. The beds were very comfortable as well! Highly recommend.
