Overall , Wonderfull experience. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh hot and good. Kids loved the fresh waffles and cereal. Pool was nice and warm and pool area nice and clean. Clean rooms.

Never stay here.

After swimming in their pool, my four-year-old autistic granddaughter got diarrhea through the night as she was sleeping, it ran out of her pull-up and got onto the sheets. It was an accident housekeeping change the bedsheets we stayed that night for our second night. Staff never mentioned a word to us about the sheets checked out the next morning staff never mentioned anything about the sheets when I get home I see my card was charged $100 so when we called you ask why they say it’s because they had to throw the sheets away that’s how you conduct business you couldn’t say anything while I was there you wait until I check out to charge my card that’s some shady sruff. I will be spreading the word not to stay at that property staff was rude and no way those sheets were worth $100 and at that point if you were charging me for them you should offer them to me I would’ve brought them home to wash I plan on taking further action since the owner couldn’t resolve the problem no way I’m paying $100 for some sheets

When I entered my room, it smelled horrible - like a septic system leak. There was an unflushed bowel movement in the toilet - which means the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

this was an unfortunate stay. i booked a king room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was out of order. we asked to switch rooms even if we had to pay more and were denied.
