This was perfect for what we needed. However, I do wish it would have been more clear that this is actually a hotel. Also, the VRBO system doesn’t talk to the hotel system very well. With most VRBO’s the host contacts you 24hrs before check-in with details. When that didn’t happen I got worried and called the # provided to learn it’s actually a hotel. When we go there to check in, it was a bit of a process because they had to do something with the system to get us checked in because it was a VRBO listing. The unit was nice and clean, and the location is great but had I not been okay with staying at a hotel, that part would have been frustrating. The listing says no kids, but there’s kids everywhere and the hotel said they do allow kids, so that’s misleading. It also says no pets, but there’s a big sign on the door saying dogs welcome.., if I had wanted to stay somewhere with no dogs or kids, that would have been very frustrating as well. Overall, it worked for our needs, and was clean/nice… but I feel like the listing and checkin process could use improvement.
