We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. The property is in need of repair and upkeep outside. However, the hotel is very historical and has the charm of Samoa.

Our stay at Sadie’s was great! The room was in OK shape but was a great deal for the price. AC worked really well, towels and linens are nice which are the 3 most important things for me. Would like to see lawn chairs by the pool.

The property is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were awesome, the food was just perfect to our liking; you need to try their Sword Fish and all the dishes prices were very reasonable. The place has both a beach and a swimming pool for the guests preference.

One of the staff at the frontdesk was very rude, water was dripping from the aircon, no shower curtain, no compliementary tea or coffee and sugar, raindrops also dripping from the balcony, bedsheets are old with stains and also found some hairstrands..not sure if they're washing the laundry after each guest.

Did not like being charged additional tax at the front desk, upon check-in which should already be included in the Expedia base rate.

Talofa Charles! The additional charge is an ASG bed tax, that we are not able to add into our Expedia rate, at the moment. There is a notice, when booking, that an additional 5% tax will be due upon check in. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We were very excited to visit Pago Pago however the hotel was not what we thought we would get, I do under stand that the hotel would not be a five star however we paid good money & the room was not worth what we paid yes we had a larger room but this needs to have some work done we had rain and the wall had big bubbles of water in it as the room was leaking, outside patio was dirty, not sure when that was cleaned last, this needs to be replaced by tiles,the house keepers are not very efficient the floors were not cleaned & to get information was really hard there was not information on the hotel in your room, the pool needed a good clean to remove the mold around the edge This could be a really good place to stay if the managers/owners take time to fix it up then you may receive some tourists it is a beautiful island and a great place to relax. The food in the café/restaurant was great. As there is little choice on the island to stay I think that with a little makeover it would be great. The people were friendly and the shuttle service was great.
