Room needs an
Update, carpet was disgusting. No bare feet in this place. Cracked tile in bathroom, shower didn’t drain. Ants everywhere, no maid service.

Our room was very tired. The pool facility was very nice and the staff was accommodating. I would stay at the resort again if they had updated rooms available. The resort was in a convenient location

We made reservations 2 months in advance for family of 5. On arrival we were told that the room was not available due to overbooking. They sent us to a very not family friendly motel where my kids had to listen to a very R rated live drag show at 10:00 in the morning hosted by the motel in the pool area. Still waiting for compensation.

We unfortunately had a room due to be renovated and it showed. It also felt like the suite could have used a lounge chair or additional seating(?) Very odd furniture layout, tv, etc.
However, staff, grounds, service, noise level, parking, etc. were all very satisfactory.

It would be nice if the bar and restaurant were open later. It would be nice if they had bicycles to borrow.

Room was spacious but you could occasionally hear your neighbors through the walls. Bed linens were threadbare. Pool area was very nice. Service from the staff was excellent. Very prompt to respond to requests. Location was good for downtown PS dining and activities. Overall would stay again if the price was right.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms. The rooms are a bit dated but I believe they are in the middle of remodeling them. We loved hanging out at the pool, enjoying the poolside cafe, water slide, and getting lots of sun!
