Great for rainforest tours & hiking right on the property. Included buffet breakfast was nice & filling. Property needed updating.

Posted Mar. 5, 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel a little bit outside of Panama City. It could be a little bit more clean and some of the parts look very aged, e.g. rust on the balcony. But the golfing is great and the pool is nice.

Summit was nice. We secured a really good price through Expedia and that compensated for the shortcomings. We enjoyed our stay but had I paid the quoted rate I would have been less enthusiastic. The golf course was nice however the hotel and facilities are showing their age. The location is a bit remote and the shuttle only runs once per day. Traffic can be quite intense due to road repair and the overall number of cars involved in daily traffic. Overall the stay was good.
