Répond à tous les critères et même plus d’un établissement classé 3 étoiles. Charmant hôtel très bien situé à distance de marche de plusieurs attraits touristiques (dont le musée du Louvre). Pour les gens ne voulant pas marcher, il y a une bouche de métro tout juste à côté. J’attribue une mention spéciale à la gentillesse de Simona et Leyla, les préposées à l’accueil. La dame qui sert le petit déjeuner aux tables est aussi très cordiale. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Vue extraordinaire sur Notre Dame
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HotelsTrès bon séjour. Une salle de bain très petite mais une vue exceptionnelle sur Notre Dame de Paris. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche metro rer, magasins et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est très gentil.

Toilet was not working and was not fixed upon request. Poor soundproofing around the door and windows. Noisy area into late night, so we had trouble getting much sleep. Tiny elevator, only accessible on top of two flights of stairs. Giant creepy painting reproduction above the bed. Velour on walls gives the room a dusty feel. Service was ok otherwise, the location was very close to Notre Dame, and the shared washroom on the second floor was very clean.

Hello Madame,We thank you for your feedback and we're very sorry to hear your stay with us was not up to your expectations. In regards to the decor and our unique universe within we understand that is does not necessarily pleases all and it is indeed a matter of taste :) In regards to the toilet, we must admit to be surprised as our personnel did go with you upon your complaint in order to fix the handle for the flushing and it had been working ever since. We tested it again today and there is no problem whatsoever.You have seen that the location of the hotel is very very central and straight across Notre Dame and the river. That said, it is indeed very touristy, hence more noisy, but our double panned windows do a great job for most :)We hope the return home went well and wishing you a good end of summer :)Sincerely,Fabien
