A rundown Weekly, Monthly Motel.

This is a weekly, monthly motel. They acted like they didn’t even have my reservation. They don’t want you in lobby. Want you to check in an outside window where you can’t hear them talk. NO BREAKFAST! Getting run down with no efforts seen to update. They do NOT follow ADA pet guidelines. Make sure you remember all paperwork for your service animal.

Dear Guest,There seems to be some sort of mistake with your review of our hotel. We are not a weekly/monthly hotel, but we offer extended stay rates. Our lobby is a common area and our guests are more than welcome to facilitate amenities in our lobby 24/7 and can use it to visit friends or other guests, hang out, read, dine, or watch television. All guest must check in and register at the Desk inside as we do not have an outside window. We have a very extensive Hot and Healthy Breakfast that we serve every single day. Ever since opening under new management in April 2022, we have been continuously updating and renovating guestrooms, common areas, tiles, pool, lobby, new parking lot, new furniture, etc. More renovations are ongoing and forthcoming. As for pets, we offer several pet friendly rooms and we strictly follow ADA guidelines for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals. So we are not sure how and where you got the impression of our hotel as mentioned in your review. Maybe its a mix up between other hotels you might have stayed during your trip. We cordially invite you to stay at Express Inn Parsons the next time you visit SE Kansas area and try our hospitality.
