Nous avons refusé de séjourner dans cet hôtel

Pour : Nous avons á nos frais appelé un taxi et séjourné dans un autre hotel
Contre : L accueil pas d’eau proposée il a fallu quémander un verre d’eau alors qu’il faisait 30° á l ombre
Les chambres proposées n’étant pas conformes loin de la plage en dernières lignes contre ma clôture, encaissées chambre 509 dans une depression du terrain
Refus de nous proposer des chambres plus convenables malgré la proposition de payer un supplément convenable en prenant en référence les prix de votre sites.
Je vous ai adressé un mail qui relate notre vécu.
L hôtel nous a prévenu du remboursement de notre réservation par votre intermédiaire nous attendons toujours

Abbiamo soggiornato magnificamente in questa struttura originale e molto confortevole, sul mare con una bella spiaggia in una incantevole baia. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e efficiente. Molto bene il ristorante con menu vario per tutti i gusti. Possibilità di escursioni di mare e di terra.
Ottimo per alcuni giorni di pieno relax

The photos of this place don’t even begin to do it justice. It’s located in an incredibly beautiful setting; white sandy beaches, turquoise seas, lush greenery and mountain views.
After a busy few days in Ubud this was the perfect place to wind down, swim in the warm sea and stunning infinity pool, and sip a few cocktails.
The accommodation was well equipped, clean and comfortable and the service was first class. Really extensive menu and everything we ate was enjoyable.
Lots of water sports available, and we had an amazing time in the snorkling trip to Menjangan island: we saw two turtles, a barracuda fish, a unicorn fish, angel fish, starfish and so much more. The guide was also careful to ensure we kept a distance so as protect the wildlife.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault it.
