This is a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Pendleton. The hotel is very pet friendly and the complimentary breakfast offers some good choices. Front desk personnel are friendly and professional.

Noise was horrible. Guests in room below were running and jumping till after midnight every night we were there. Reported it to front desk multiple times and each time noise got worse. Management said they went down the hall and never heard anything, but yet it was so bad, the beds would shake.
Ants were everywhere. The floor was crawling.
Breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had in a motel.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Nice hotel but got the freeway side and it’s pretty noisy. Room was visually clean but smelled very musty, like the bathroom was cleaned with water ( no cleaning agents) which had been used for lots of other rooms first. We went and bought Lysol to spray the bathroom and room spray to make it smell better. Other than that, the social was nice, staff were great. Quiet other than the trucks on freeway.

Ol’ Faithful - no hot tub

Emilie, we are so sorry for the issues you encountered during your recent stay, and we are grateful that you took the time to write this review and bring them to our attention. Our hot tub pump went out over the weekend and the part has been ordered. The good news is the part will arrive on Monday and our awesome maintenance department can install it as soon as it arrives. Many times we have issues and we need to wait for an outside company to repair. Our Maintenance team can repair this as soon as the part arrives. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Travel safely and we hope you will give us another chance.

The blankets for the pull out bed had burn holes in them. I looked like someone just remade the bed and didn’t change the sheets, there was hair all over the bed. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Close to the interstate and Walmart. Cleanest place we have stayed in Pendleton. Breakfast and Bistro staff are very friendly.
