I could barely sleep 3hrs with the amount of noise i could hear from other guests both on rhe same floor and above. Every footstep or door closing was loud and booming. Very old furniture in poor condition.

Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great.
The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.

Property has an excellent location with easy access to the beach. Nice clean rooms with very friendly staff. Could not fault it.

Great centrally located accommodation!
