The apartment was fine but room not set up for 4 people which we booked for. Linen was bought up by lovely staff but then no extra towels. Lift was temperamental so had to use stairs on several occasions. Signage could have been better in stair wells and by lifts. Kitchen tap needs to be looked at as it soaked me when turned on. Quiet location and comfy beds. Good kitchen.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. She was somewhere in the hotel when we arrived approx. 8pm. Had to phone for her to come down and waited 15 minutes to be let in. Feeble apology and we were told there is "only one of me". Not impressed after travelling all day.

Great spot for tourists..

The hotel is in a great location. Its a stunning party of the WA coastline. Thats the good stuff. Never been made to feel welcomed as a return traveller. i stay in Perth about 4 times a year for work for a week. There is nothing ever offered to reward you for loyalty. This trip, i was put in a back room right next to the elevator. I need a full size fridge for my samples, got a mini bar fridge. went down to ask for an upgrade, even offered to pay the difference. Got told we are booked out. The downstairs carpark told a different story. There has been a gradual decline in service over the last 2 years.. Back to Fremantle I go..
