Overall good, only one elevator for the entire property though so can be slow. Room okay.

Our hotel has only 2 floors and several walkways therefore all rooms and floors can be accessed by a short walk up the stairs when our elevator is in use. Friendly staff, convenient dining on site, however isolated in terms of other dining options that are walkable

The service from the majority of the staff was excellent. They were cheerful and friendly. Unfortunately we had a reasonable wait time for some aspects of our breakfast and evening meal. It was like we were forgotten, but speaking to a more senior person we received sincere apologies. The shower in our room was atrocious. More like one stream of water than a shower, and I found the toilet had continued to run throughout the night. So not so eco friendly. At check-out we had a reasonable wait, along with a few other people waiting to check out. One lady eventually went off to look for somebody who could help all of us. There was a wedding taking place outside our room one night, and although it was noisy, it finished at a reasonable hour.
