Quaint and excellent service
Posted Feb. 26, 2024 on HotelsAlli was wonderful in accommodating us at the last minute. She was pleasant and understanding. The hotel was quaint and very stylish. I loved all the French art.

I enjoyed my stay & the staff was very welcoming. They accommodated my after hours arrival as the night manager was very friendly. He met me in the lobby & assisted me to my room. They also granted me an extra 30 min after check out which I appreciated. If in the area again I will definitely stay here.
I can't recall the night managers name but he went above & beyond providing exceptional service. Thank you again

Cute decor. Check-in was rushed and no explanation was provided about checkout procedures. The bathroom lacked ventilation (a bathroom fan is a must!) and we didn't appreciate the shower curtain dripping water all over the floor while showering. We also felt like there wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom. No holder for a hand towel so we had to hang it over the sink.

Everything about this stay was amazing. From the guy that checked me in, until the minute I left I can't think of anything bad or anything that needs to be improved. Super clean and cute decor.

It has a cute, creative French theme. Lots of care was taken to make it feel French from breakfast crepes and a French radio station to French signs. I loved it and would definitely return.
